Shipping policy
Because every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, we average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:
- Express (International): 3-5 business days
- Premium (International): 4-7 business days
- Economy (US Only): 7-10 business days
Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore ALLSZN cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on week days after 5 pm EST, or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Since all of our items are handmade to order, shipping times may vary. All items take 3-5 business days from date of purchase to create and ship.
When a package leaves our HQ, we are no longer liable for any lost or stolen packages, damages to packages or items or delivery delays for any reason.
Reasons may include natural disasters, postal strikes, etc... We will provide you with the tracking information for your package so you may follow its progress on its way to you. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Once an order has shipped, if you have any questions about tracking information or delivery of your package, please direct all inquiries to the mailing services (UPS or DHL). We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
